Basement details sent through the estimate form go to one independent local contractor, and any callback, visit or assessing comes from that business, never from this site. Use this page for everything else, and mention your town plus a line about what you need.
- Correct a detail. Spot a typo in your address or name? Send the correction.
- Withdraw a request. If plans change, tell us and nothing more goes out.
- Flag a concern. Let us know if a contractor's conduct bothered you.
Keep in mind what this site is. It refers and advertises; it is not a contractor, plumber or sewer layer, holds no Nebraska contractor registration or City of Omaha contractor license, and never prices a job or hands anyone a contract. A contractor advertising here may pay a flat fee, which a free trial waives for now, and no homeowner pays or is given anything.
Some questions belong with a public office first. For an Omaha address, sewer backups go to the City at 402-444-5332 and permit questions to Permits & Inspections at (402) 444-5350. Bellevue, NE, Papillion, NE, Ralston, NE, Blair, NE and Plattsmouth, NE each run their own offices, and your insurer or agent is the one to ask about coverage.
