Basement Waterproofing Service Areas Near Omaha, NE

Requests are accepted from Omaha, NE and five nearby cities in Douglas, Sarpy, Washington and Cass counties. Whatever the address, the request lands with one independent local contractor, which makes contact and prepares any estimate; this site does no basement work anywhere.

The Service Area

This page lists where requests are accepted, not where anyone from this site works. Omaha, the Douglas County seat on the Missouri River and Nebraska's largest city, sits at the center. Inside city limits, building permits go through Permits & Inspections, part of the Planning Department, at 1819 Farnam Street, Suite 1100, (402) 444-5350, and the City licenses building contractors, plumbers and sewer layers, which you can look up at omahapermits.com. Street flooding and sewer backups at an Omaha address go to 402-444-5332.

The five cities below are separate places, never Omaha neighborhoods, and each has its own permit office and sewer setup. Blair, NE and Plattsmouth, NE are county-seat towns with sewer systems of their own rather than Omaha suburbs. Nebraska's Department of Labor registration rule, the Attorney General's contract advice and the Attorney General's complaint line, (800) 727-6432, apply in all of them.

Don't See Your Town?

Other addresses in the Omaha area can still send a request; the lookup above tells you whether one from there can go through. Before anyone visits, jot down your questions about registration, licenses, permits and the written contract.

A contractor's flat advertising fee may support this site. Your request costs nothing and earns you nothing, and any contact after it comes from the contractor.
